1.What’s deep drawing stamping?
Deep drawing stamping is a special stamping process, the working principle is to rely on the external force which comes from the press machine and die to plate, strip, pipe and profile to make it produce shape deformation or separation, so as to obtain the desired shape and size of the workpiece (stamping).Deep drawing stamping has a big difference on both mold and tape feeder with common continuous stamping, single – motion stamping.
In hydraulic deep drawing, the part is placed in a rigid mold with a pressurized liquid media attachment. The mold consists of a pressure chamber and a lower mold, which is hydraulically closed, sealed by polyurethane seals, and pressurized to the liquid media to achieve the desired geometry.
